03/29/2005: Thought for the Day:
The odd thing about Israeli restaurants is that there is a huge variety of food nationalities, but they're all the same ethnicity. I've had kosher Chinese food, kosher Mexican food, kosher Argentine food, kosher Korean food and even kosher Indian food (tandoori chicken without yogurt tastes funny). On the excavations I've worked on the food ranged from bad to good to strange. The baked cinnamon apples with raisins we got once were great, but as the main course for dinner???
