Dark Bilious Vapors

But how could I deny that I possess these hands and this body, and withal escape being classed with persons in a state of insanity, whose brains are so disordered and clouded by dark bilious vapors....

06/21/2004: More silly meme tricks....

Stumbled across this at Backcountry Conservative while doing a bit of egosurfing. Apparently someone came up with the idea of listing the top 100 grossing movies and boldfacing the ones they've seen. Being, as I am, a sucker for a meme like that, here it is:

I think #38, Castaway, is the Tom Hanks vehicle. Sad to say, I've seen nearly all of these, except for the ones released in recent years. I used to see every movie that came through town; nowadays, I'll wait for the DVD most times, and not always even then. Most Hollywood movies are just time-wasters.

I think that what I was thinking of was "Swept Away"; I've edited that entry accordingly. I'm surprised I've not seen that one, given that it's about Memphis's largest employer.
